Una aproximación de la incidencia del docente de matemáticas en el logro de aprendizajes estudiantiles

Resumen
Esta investigación ha utilizado la Evaluación Diagnóstica de Segundo año de Educación Media realizada en mayo de 2013, la cual contiene información individual de estudiantes y de sus respectivos docentes de Matemáticas, para entender la incidencia de las características específicas del docente sobre el desempeño estudiantil en la prueba de Matemáticas.
Los resultados parecen indicar que las características estudiantiles tienen una mayor preponderancia en relación a las variables que observa el docente para explicar el rendimiento académico en esa materia.
