Ethical Policy
Revista de Investigación y Evaluación Educativa (Revie) subscribes to the principles of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
Responsibilities of authors with Revie:
• The author/s are responsible for submitting an original article.
• The data presented is true and the empirical data has not been modified to change the results.
• Articles containing extracts from other authors will not be accepted, unless they are correctly referenced.
• Articles containing fragments of works that have been previously published by the same author/s will be rejected.
• The author/s must accept and sign the document of Cession of Rights and attach it to the submittion.
Responsibilities of the reviewers with Revie:
• The reviewers will certify that they have the necessary knowledge to carry out an objective and constructive evaluation of the assigned work and if there are no conflicts of interest with the assigned article.
• Reports will be issued with suggested recommendations for acceptance, rejection or suggestions for improvement of the works to be published.
• They will comply with the article evaluation protocol and evaluation rubric.
• The reviewers will evaluate the works, respecting the times of the editorial processes, delivering the evaluations in the established times.
Responsibilities of the editors with Revie:
• Among the main responsibilities of the Editorial Team is to preserve the confidentiality, discretion of the data of the submitted works, the references of the authors, as well as the reviewers, in order to maintain intellectual integrity throughout the process.
• The members of the editorial team will supervise that the development times of the tasks are met in the review, evaluation and publication processes.
