Revie journal maintains an evaluation policy where only unpublished works are accepted, which are not and have not been evaluated by other editors or in other publications. This aspect is the responsibility of the author (s) of the submitted works, if it is not fulfilled, the author (s) will be notified that the article has been rejected.
